A new force in Discretes, Logic & MOSFETs

Nexperia, the former Standard Products division of NXP, announced the formal completion of its launch as a separate entity in February 2017. The company is a stand-alone, world-class leader in Discretes, Logic and MOSFETs, retaining all the expertise, manufacturing resources and key personnel of the former NXP division, while bringing a new focus and powerful commitment to these product areas. At Embedded World 2017 Dirk Wittorf, Director Strategic Marketing, talked to ICC Media about the company’s strategy and product range, including:

  • LFPAK33 thermally-enhanced loss-free package that is 80 % smaller that previous devices and which delivers reliability and efficiency for next generation automotive subsystems
  • Combined EMI and ESD protection devices for USB 3.1 Type C, HDMI 2.0 and MIPI M-PHY systems in single package with tiny footprint
